By purchasing almost the majority of our vegetables, fruits, grains, and meats from local farmers, we inject thousands of dollars each month back into the local economy and support a huge network of Artisan producers.
Local Food Systems
We reject the common restaurant dependence on environmentally destructive techniques and habits by prioritizing sustainability at every step through compostable takeout containers and a plastic wrap-free kitchen.
No Single Use Plastics
We want every member of our team to have a positive quality of life. We offer a $15 minimum starting wage, and a robust health insurance program including dental and vision.
